We celebrate all employees birthday here. Every time feel good. But one day they served fresh chicken initially for tandoori chicken order. And when we finished 2 drinks we ordered garlic chicken and they served stale chicken, full of smell. Feeling disappointed.

Nice hotel on the highway when going towards the main city. Rooms were spacious and has everything that a room must have. Nice n tidy, clean n spacious washroom. Courteous staff. Front Desk guy Dinesh the manager was very helpful throughout my stay for 2 days. Rooftop Restro Bar was the highlight. Nothing less than a fine dine experience. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Shimla is 80kms (2-3 hr drive). Nice place to breakaway from city's hustle n bustle.

Coming here from past 1 year. Never paid the bottle charges. We are local from here only regular customers. But today when we came they started asking for the bottle charges as they know this is the last hotel in the HIMACHAL PAREDESH as after that roads are closed. Just started taking advantage of that. Thing we were regular clients and how much they would charge to the oustsiders. DO NOT VISIT THEM. Moreover the receptionist do not even know how to attend customers.

if you happen to be in Parwanoo this is the best place to spend a Night food was amazing, restaurant bar is on the top floor offers a good ambiance and great view of the hills . Mr Sharma GM is a very helpful person on request he upgraded the room and was polite and considerate. all in all a good experience with family .

The hotel is overall very good...food, cleanliness, location as per the price it offered. Only setback I got while they offered me a tiny room in the name of super deluxe category which is not matching with the advertisement in Agoda, they argued that in the website the picture is from the best room of the same category and the actual room is that small. So basically it's like someone have 4 sons and in the matrimonial website they posted the picture of a good looking one...when barat came they told you that the marriage is with some other son!! How majestic... Anyway I am happy at the end of the day since they upgraded me to a premium room. I really appreciate that but honestly it's a lesson learnt.

It is very good , rooms are very nice, service and roof top dinning hall are also nice. Rate is also affordable.

I was sitting at my office on a friday night and thought about a ride in the mountains. With just one google search, I found this hotel with absolutely clean rooms and a beautiful view. The best part was the room came out to be accurate. Clean and so comfortable. You get all the neccesary amenities like towel, shampoo, moisturizer, coffee, tea, etc. The best part is the staff, very polite and service oriented. Their cafe is absolutely beautiful and have a very calm vibe to it. you get a aesthetic bar. Food was really tasty and portion size was just heavenly. I slept like a baby after having my dinner. If I talk about room for improvement, it would be the wifi. They have really good wifi routers, however speeds are not at par for work from hotel, which I really would have preferred. The hotel management just need to speak with their Internet provider for more broadband for better load sharing among guests. Otherwise, they have just met my expectations. Another best part is, this hotel is just next to a petrol pump. Riders like me would really appreciate the same. I will come back again and hopefully with my family.

REALLY A BAD SERVICE. The staff does not no how to talk and even we are from Parwanoo only. We are regular customers and they treated like nothing. The food quality is bad and after that they didn't even give any of the discount that thing said from our side it was good.
