Loved the hotel, i arrived at 10pm full drenched due to rain, they were nice enough to give me a discount cause of solo, food is amazing. Housekeeping hospitality is top notch. Even tiny details such as buttons control all lights / fans right next to your bed. Only tiny issue was few things needs makeover as hotel is old

Third rate stuff. Not worth even 1000 bucks.when we landed up here we were told by the guard outside "First get down check if you have a booking then only park the car". Right. Rooms: AC wouldn't work despite multiple visits by staff. The AC was a 1 ton in a 500 sft room. Bathroom: has music playing in it non stop. No hot water in the shower which was pointed permanently at the celing, not for humans below. When we called the reception repeatedly he said "In the past one year no one has asked for hot water so possibly the boiler has got spoilt" wow. Breakfast will be served at 8:30, really? Early risers eat dry fruits in your room. The entire exp was rather sorry. Avoid.

no hot water during entire stay. no internet in room. all bathroom fixtures leak, broken. passages dark and dingy. service below average. just avoid stay as this hotel needs a complete overhaul - personal and maintenance

Hosted a party at Venice in July, 2022.....a well managed event with amazing ambience and good food. A big thumbs up to our event manager Mr.Bhopal Sharma for being prompt , kind and taking care of everything precisely and punctually

Rooms are spacious , service is a little slow and as per my view food is good but dish size needs improvement as per the rates.

Polite staff, beautiful rooms, parking available, heart of the city. Highly recommended!
