Very limited option for breakfast only idly or dosa/puri. Difficult to communicate since all staff only Tamil speaking. For every request they ask money first.
We had visited Vels Grand Inn for our family vacation trip....we really really! enjoyed the hospitality! Specially the AC in our room was very good! Specially very critical for your summer stays! Reception staff was very good in going out of the way in booking cabs for us whenever necessary for our trips. Only minus is they do NOT have a kitchen! but, will get the food from outside & serve in the rooms. Surely would love to visit the place in future! All the Best guys !!! Ciao !!!

Location is the only positive thing about this hotel. But it has less parking space. Rooms are small, no ventilation, switch wont work and bed sheets, walls, towles are all dirty. They are not white but brown in colour.Bathrooms are dirty and small.
Stay was good . Initially they provide smoked room. But after we asked 2 times they accepted to change the room and give us a new one . It's a very small room where one bed occupies the room nothing more The washroom is clean and it's ok AC provided so we can manage it to stay Overall a good place for a short stay . No drinking water given . Towels and soap are given . Receptionists need to be a little bit polite.
Rooms were clean, the toilet seat was broken bit other than that, it was good. Rooms look exactly as shown in photos. Staff was very sweet. I had booked queen room the Dulux room they have.
It's is compact room for a day stay. But priced little high. There was no hot water option for who expects it. It's ok for a day stay
Nice and safest place to stay with good environment. Service was very good and pretty decent and affordable price. Located in mid of the coimbatore easy to access our planned spot and very good service

Stayed here for 10 days . Very decent place. One glitch is , price variations between online and on the spot. When visiting next time this place will be my first choice . Reception people are friendly too.
