Hotel is very close to the temple and also just opposite to sea. Nice hygienic and clean rooms. Staff is very cooperative. Overall a good experience and I would recommend everyone here for a comfortable stay.

I had a pleasant stay with my family during my visit to the holy place on 22.10.23. Really nice location, near the temple only and very neatly kept rooms were given. Thank you Vel residency.

Location is the only advantage, the road is very small and difficult to park ur car and shift luggage. At first i asked them for car parking and they said it's available but later found out it is a shared parking 500mtrs away. The rooms are very tiny and dirty bed sheets. Found cockroachs and other insects inside. Hot water has to be arranged every time and even drinking water is not given. They just lie about everything.

Hotel is close to the temple. However the hotel and rooms are very dirty. We booked 2 rooms, there were spider webs on the roof, spider close to the beds, cockroaches in the room, small red germs in washroom water. Everytime the staff asks for tip, you need to call at the reception everytime and ask them to start the supply of hot water. Headboard of the bed falls down, bedsheets were dirty. Washrooms are very tiny.

The staff of the hotel is very polite and understanding, the hotel is very clean and neat, room service is all time available and cooperative, beyond this, the best part is the terrace, even if the hotel is 40m from the beach and 150m from temple, if you don't feel like leaving the room, you can just enjoy the sea breeze from the terrace.

hotel is ok . room.is specious . there is lot of smell.and garbage .near the entry of hotel . no View from room .no lift . bathroom is just.like hell.manager behaviour is good. and all housekeeping staff always want to receive tip for any work . well there is so many property less price in front of west Gate of temple . they.need to improve bathroom amenities . my bathroom. shower is broken . I do not recommended this hotel for rs 2000. it only recommended for inr 1000. max no food in the hotel .

It's the most terrible experience I ever had. Owner is so rude and has utter lack of respect or care for customers. AC doesn't work, dirty blanket and sheets, flush doesn't work Just terrible in every possible way. My Nightmare was over, when I checked out. They are so greedy that they were asking 2k more for a slightly bigger room. Pls avoid avoid avoid
