This is wonderful place to enjoy evening. I never tasted veg biryani as the one served to me at the Saffron. Delicious food. Excellent for pure vegetarian.

Good service. But when I told to introduce channels in TV ,that was not done. Hotels should pay attention to display of channels liked by the room occupier rather than putting routine channels

Beautiful ambience with good food. Space constraints in some cases where more guests to be included.

Very very bad experience with this place. Already discussed & confirmed the deal with ms.Pallavi but guy name as mr.ram Rathod was canceled the deal as already they had tentative booking on the same day. If you are looking for a better deal pls take it in detail written as there is no commitment & Co ordination in staff. I have seen Mr ram was blackmailing ms Pallavi on phone by threatening with the name of someone Yogesh sir. I was regular customer for their restaurant but now onwards,looking after such disaster scene at back end will never wish to go there. In short I have very disappointed experience with only 1 person i.e. Mr. Ram Rathod

The best Vegetarian Restaurant in Kalyan west. I have tried the Panner Tikkas and the taste is still not able leave my mind. Also there banquet is good and the hotel rooms are clean and good. Restaurant service is best.

Pathetic and disgusting hotel to stay at. The entire staff including manager is rude to the customer. The manager is too disgusting. He doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Here are few complaints i want to highlight 1) The manager at Vegas residency charged us for water bottles kept in our room . In other hotels,this water is complimentary to their customers. The customer expects that when he pays Rs 3000 for room for a single night , he must get water bottles kept in the room as complimentary . 2) We opted for complimentary breakfast while paent but they charged us for the breakfast too. This kind of cheap strategy to gain some money shows how sickening this 'Vegas Residency' is. 3) The rooms were not worth Rs 3000/night. I would not even give Rs 500 for those rooms. We constantly faced foul smell the entire day and night. On informing the room service, they neglected our complaint and talked rudely to us. 4) The bedsheets and blankets had all kinds of stains on it. This was also not changed after informing the staff 5) While dining at the restaurant, even though the service charge is optional, we were forced to pay it even though we did not receive a good service There are many other hotels in kalyan way better and far more affordable than VEGAS RESIDENCY. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC HOTEL.

Worst experience ever , very arrogant staff at reception. Room was already booked , had travelled from shirdi n reached @1.15 . He aske for I'ds . I said lemme checkin will do the rest in morning , but he was very arrogant and aske to pay the whole in advance. 3500/- for super deluxe room . That too very dirty washrooms n services. Worst to worst experience ever . Didn't had a 0 rating option so giving one star. But not at all worthy of one star also. Not a star category stay.

Best place for b'day party.. best food and very supportive staff... Loved it
