Hotel veetile - Restaurant in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

This review i am writing is in front of the Jubilee mission hospital there is one restaurant call Veetle hotel doing unhygienic activities. i am not a first time visitor on this restaurant and advice to the owner as well. The food was average. There were no options for restaurants near the Jubilee mission hospital after 9 Pm, that's what i went to the restaurant.( lot of customers are keep silence and leaving the place) I ordered fried rice. It was oily. Ask for extra sauce, no response. The waiter is the worst. He doesn't have commonsense, he is cleaning the tables and serving porata on the same dirty hand. Even no one is using the gloves. Staff are smiling and using dirty dress. They are using tap water to the customers. The water filling from the pot wasing area. When we taste the water feel like chlorine water. The owner replay to me that all the staff are drinking the same water. They are using from well. One day they says they have shortage of staff. Other day they they are busy. However they have to maintain minimum hygiene.

Very poor. I ordered chicken fried rice and they brought me rassion rice with beans n carrot. Is it fried rice. After having some rice my kid caught stomach pain. I called them many times but not picking up the call. I saved the rice into refrigerator. Will bring u That tomorrow morning.

Not so clean place! The Chinese food was good but now the cook is not present so basically its a quick stop for tea

This restaurant has a Chinese cuisine section which has only take away and online delivery. No dine in. The food is really tasty. You get combo in fried rice at very pocket friendly rate. The gravies and starters are really tasty. They have cauliflower, mushroom, paneer, egg, chicken and beef items. Must try if your pocket is lite.

I had ordered from here multiple times, and I was disappointed each time. The Alfaham was crispy and burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. It was like eating a flip-flop. They should sear the chicken and then use more butter while grilling the chicken. The fried rice was prepared poorly. The chicken was not cut properly, it was hacked into pieces. I could only find 3-4 pieces of big chicken pieces in the fried rice. If I'm still not convincing enough, this restaurant has put up a 60% sale on the online food services from a long time, which proves my point that customers won't buy food from here more than once. Please stay away from this restaurant.

No Hygiene at all , food was not tasty and too much salt Not cleaning the washing base , very un Hygiene.

Worst hotel I've ever visited. Quantity part was good and it's economical. But both hygiene part and taste wise it's the worst .. In fruit salad, half of it was rotten and only fruit they had Was pineapple. Rice was half baked, hygienic part I don't even want to mention. Owner was very rude too..

Had alfaham from there.. Which was not tasty and over fried.. not well maintained and bad toilets not a good restaurant for families...It was like eating charcoal..
