Very good hotel to stay in, cleaning was also done, staff was very polite, they welcomed me very well, helped me even while traveling, food was very tasty and most importantly, I did not have any problem in check in or check out process. very happy with their service
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room was not clean at all, with dust and dirt in various corners. The towels provided were dirty, with numerous unsightly stains. Even worse, the room seemed to have a bug infestation, which made for an uncomfortable stay. To top it off, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay, which was inconvenient for staying connected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others based on these issues.
I have visited this hotel several times, This is a top notch place to visit if you are with family or a solo travellor, Excellent hospitality in terms of hygiene, staff , rooms amenities and everything. Must visit one time,Fully recommended.
Rooms are too good. Hygien are also maintain all around the place. Food are good but charges are high. Staff behaviour is polite and located at a good place.
Staffs are cooperative and polite in behaviour but the bedsheet provided by them was not satisfactory. They changed the bedsheet after request. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. These can be improved from their end.
