Located in a nice central location a compact hotel which I visited for a function in the banquet halls on top floor. So can't comment about the rooms. The front office staff were smiling and cordial. Food served was also very good. Heard that the nalli Ghosh biryani is the best here. Have to try it sometime

It's one of the worst hotels in my experience. I suggest not to take any function hall bookings.Though you booked for 150-200 people they never maintain enough items and food till the last plate. They cook and serve for only 50-70 people quantity and for hundred. Better stay away. Rooms are too congested and worst maintained. Foul smell. Not properly cleaned. I booked for guests on an urgent basis which spoiled my relationship with the guest.Owner Suresh is the worst and the manager Rajesh is double the worst.. better stay away.
As per the price, it is not up to the mark. No bed lamp, it's like lodge not like star hotel. On request only they are providing the bath room requirements etc. Refreshment item's like tea satches etc. Hope less services.

I had ordered vegetarian biryani and it was nice, though on a spicy side. The quantity was good and it was served with raita. The container was well packed and sealed with tape. Overall a nice experience. Happy eating!!!!

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
