HOTEL VD PALACE - Hotel in Bargarh - Bargarh, India

Very bad experience. As they wanted me to book from there hotel. So they said no rooms available. But i already booked from Oyo. If no rooms were there then how the booking got confirmed. Oyo should take up such matter and investigate.. People coming from far places expecting to take some rest get such response. Its a worst experience.

pls release those birds ,,dont punish them inside a cage ,,,they are not circus participants, entertainer of ur hotel

This is the worst hotel in Bargarh They took money via online OYO but after reaching there they are saying that They don't recieve online bookings ....and didn't even refund my money......WORST SERVICE DON'T GO THERE......

Worst experience..Oyo book hotel at certain price, but Hotel owner refused to provide room..Finally I had to book room at double price, because I had no other option at night..

First I booked hotel VD Palace, Bargarh for two adults on the price showing, booking confirmed but when reaching hotel they denied my checkin, asked for 1100 more money, then I called support, support staff coordinated with hotelier & brought the deal to Rs.150 more, after checkin my 2nd guest came as I booked room for 2 adults, they demanded Rs. 1500 extra for my 2nd guest, then I decided to check out at that moment only & I had checked out at 4: 00 PM, very worst staffs & owner also, I had never ever seen any low class hotels even if like this one. Please don't at all go there When I booked for 2 adults, and the hotel taken some more extra cash from me and beyond that they were telling if you add 1 more guest besides me, they will take extra Rs. 1500 for that, so please friends never ever go to this place. All the staffs with the owner are third class category.

First of all they charged me extra 189 rupees as gst even I made a booking on oyo, they said that even I made booking on oyo at lowest price but still have to pay 189 as gst according to their tariff, such a dumb thing About in house restaurant, I ordered tandoori but I got half cooked tandoori where I can taste marinated chicken also , over all unskilled staff I can say and the room is average

One and only budget friendly hotel in bargarh town location is awesome, guest have to asked for complimentary RO. Hygiene need to be improve , all staff are good except the manager.

Nice hotel . It was a great experience for me .hotel rooms are vry cleaning and service was awesome..and inside restaurant decorations and eating place areas was nice ...
