A Disappointing Stay: Poor Management and Facilities I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever had. The management and facilities of this establishment left a lot to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my honest review. First and foremost, the management of this hotel was utterly lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. When I encountered an issue with my room, it took multiple attempts and long waiting times before someone finally addressed the problem. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the facilities at this hotel were far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned was in poor condition. The furniture was worn out, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I discovered stains on the carpet, the bed linens were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had neglected their duties. Adding to my disappointment, the amenities promised on their website were either non-existent or in a deplorable state. The fitness center, which was advertised as fully equipped, had broken equipment and was inadequately maintained. The pool area was unkempt, with dirty water and a complete lack of poolside seating. It was clear that the hotel had not invested any effort or resources in maintaining their facilities. The dining experience at the hotel was equally disappointing. The restaurant service was slow and unorganized. The food quality was subpar, and the limited menu options were not worth the price. I had higher expectations for a hotel that prides itself on offering a fine dining experience. Despite voicing my concerns to the management, I received no satisfactory resolution or apology for the inconveniences I endured during my stay. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at . The poor management and neglect of their facilities made for an extremely unsatisfactory experience. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer better service, cleaner rooms, and well-maintained amenities. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different hotel for your stay.

The place is good for small scale family functions but the overall ambiance of the hotel is not good. Washrooms and corridors are very dirty.
