*Staff is like - they are going a great favor on you via taking your money for the room.
*Don't expect any help from staff.
*Will cancel your bookings on your face and demand for extra money.
Bakwas service, payment is different from the commitment while booking, door lock is worst. People get stuck inside and then have to break locks, they says wates bottle is free but nithing is free they says cold drink 2 botel free and added in bill payment.

It was the most pathetic experience of my stays so far. Lift not working and you have to climb to 3rd floor with all ur bags when all the stairs are full of water. If that was due to weather then why cudnt someone help in luggage. They had no water in bathroom. They had no drinking water. They just had a bed with dirty linens and slowest ACs which will take an hour to cool down the room. Hotel ambience is worst. It seems like it's made for unmarried couples only. Your online booking will not be visible to them.
This hotel is full of reasons to make ur stay like hell. Better to stay in adjacent Oyo townhouse.
We loved the Hotel vasundhara Grand. They had a spacious room for 4 with beautiful views and wonderful service Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and the breakfast service was super! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!
