I didn't stay in this hotel and the reception people are not refunding the money. I booked this hotel from so called makemytrip app and after reaching I realised that it's a OYO. I went inside and realised that there are cockroaches inside. On discussion with makemytrip asking to change the hotel, I got to know from the reception that the booking has been cancelled. Insteas I booked ginger and stayed there. Now the hotel staff is saying that it was not cancelled and they're not bothering to join a conference call with me and makemytrip.
I have stayed 4-5 Rooms, all rooms are neet and clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is so good.parking is so good and safe. Cleanliness is nice.
Vashi is the best hotel in navi mumbai and its staff provides the best service and all the rooms are clean and the look is great. Hotel service is best of the best is the location and you can also visit once.

Pathetic service. God knows how I managed to stay here for a week. The geyser was not working. The service manager initially quoted an amount and charged me high while checking out.
Worst experience of my life. Me and my wife came to Mumbai for some work. We were tired a lot so thought of taking a halt in vashi and came across the worst experience of my life. Rooms were uncleand with cockroach all over TV was not working AC was not working good Rooms were small Lot of stuff was kept in front of room I started feeling suffocation in the middle of the night. That was tromatic feeling. I don't recommend this place for anyone. Specially If you are booking from online platforms.

Rooms are dirty and stinking. Lot of cockroaches. Cleanliness is not there. Only Room service boys are helpful. There is no fixed tariff, everything differs at various intervals. Very difficult for a family to stay. Thali meals are not served properly on a plate. We were surprised to see food is packed in polythene and handed over I the room. Proper drinking glass, fridge, napkin, tea,coffee sachets is missing. Bedsheets are dirty and they do not change unless insisted upon. Before going into the room one should see if basic necessities are available. With great difficulty we spent 2 days. Hope good sense prevails. Bill for 2 days was not given, they told it will be sent on whatsapp. Nothing has come.
