Excellent food and service. Rooms are spacious. Very large car parking area. On side of national highway. Highly recommended.

Worst food ever. We ordered food for a party. Amount was high and the food was not at all good. There were almost 6-8 items. None of them were tasty. Most of the meat was undercooked. Never ever recommend to anyone.

Had a very bitter experience. I had to make a booking for a marriage party of my friend requiring 10 odd rooms. But they had another group booking for the same day and was unable to provide required rooms. So, to hold the booking, they offered discounts on rooms and agreed to provide extra beds required to accommodate the group at ''No Extra Cost''. But when the bill was provided, they have refused the offered discounts and overcharhed. Even charged for extra beds. For one room, they charged upto Rs 5000/- The marriage party had to pay the full amount demanded by the Hotel to protect the face in front of the guests, as I was out of town on that day. Later when, contacted, the GM Mr. Samsan has agreed to refund some amount, which he conveniently refused later on. It was a deliberate action of ''BREACH of TRUST in business dealing'*

The hotel have a very nice ambience and the rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Food was very tasty and I like the chicken kondattam which is super delicious. The lady in the reception is very friendly to the customers and also very calm and quiet. The design of the reception is very attractive. The hotel have plenty of car parking and auditorium are very beautiful to see and the rooms are very cost effective.

One of the worst hotel I've ever stay in my life,They are unprofessional and they don't know how to treat customers. Not cleaning the room properly &even not provoding drinking water to the rooms.

Very expensive and not to the standard not recommended Meat was really uncooked and price is very high Food was not at all tasty, For the amount what we paid and what we got it just non sense

Very Pathetic Service, Hotel management's one and only motto is looting their customers. The lady at the reception is ill-mannered an unprofessional. Had very unpleasant experience during the check-in.
