Location is good but price is too high
One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, rude owner is just spoiling your stay. He doesn't allow his stuff to serve anything you need. He himself gets limited grocery and don't allow his staff to deliver sufficient food/beverages which guest has requested for. We booked 90% of the hotel rooms and later realised in some of the bathrooms there are no glasses in window and in some rooms ac was not working. Sometime owner ask his staff to switch of the ac in mid of the day. In Dinning area and party hall there are just 1 and 2 aircons respectively those are just a showpiece. My suggestion is please don't stay in this hotel unless your all other options are exhausted. In total this hotel has 3 staff they only take care of all the daily activity along with the receptionist and owner. Only 5 people are managing this hotel during peak time, when hotel is fully booked along with party hall and dining area. All 4 staff members are very polite and nice
Services are very poor, staff is limited and they dont know how to treat the guest. AC's are not working properly in the rooms, bathroom gates have no lock in it, you need to lock the main door to stay in bathroom. Lights are very low all around the hotel's food area, lobby, hall. AC of the hall are just the showpieces, even the glass of the windows of the halls and bathrooms were broken. Owner is very rude, ambience of the hotel is awefull, lift got stuck in the middle when you are inside. Pathetic food quality, if you are looking for NO ONION FOOD then you are at the wrong place. Finally for wedding purpose, i suggest... ISSE ACHI TO DHARAMSHALA HOTI HAI....
