Rooms are not well, stinking room - Manager is Rude not having any manner. He don't know how to talk with the guest. AC is not working properly. Evey 5-10 mins AC is gonna shut down automatically. TV is having only Local Channels. In some rooms TV is also not Working. They will shifts yoh Classic to Executive Rooms Also with the refund by saying only Rs. 50 difference. Very work experience in Bangalore. I'm not suggesting anyone this hotel. You can stay in a laudge that is 10 times better then this hotel.
The rooms were dirty and in bad condition. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom.The staff including the receptionist were ill mannered. Overall the hygiene was pathetic. I would suggest that all avoid this hotel.
Had a great stay here. Room service was excellent and staff was also very friendly. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay at reasonable price
Faced the worst experience ever at this hotel. Came to hotel at 2:30 pm and was told there were no rooms available, and was given a sub standard room usually given to hotel staff till 5:30 pm. Was told to wait even though we paid full in advance. At 6:00 pm we were given another room which had dripping water from AC. When complained, told to adjust despite bed being entirely soaked and possibility of electric shock. Finally given another room late at night and was charged extra despite being clearly mentioned 4 people are allowed. Arrogant and horribly rude staff who were laughing at our situation and causing ruckus at the reception. The owner of the property treated us with zero respect. Totally horrible experience and would never ever recommend to anyone.
Very good family hotel with excellent room service at affordable prices. The rooms were very clean.Easy access to the railway station and bus stop. Will surely visit again.
Best budget hotel near to majestic. But issue with hygiene. The house keeping staff needs to be yearned to maintain cleanliness.
I was very satisfied with the rooms and service....If u need descent rooms with good maintenance and nearest to ksr station as well majestic metro go for it blindly...
Room locks were really bad. It's hard to unlock. The room wasn't clean either. I could find the hair of someone else. The reception guy's behaviour was okay.
