Nice Hotel. Room Service Is Good. Hotel's Located In Market Area As Everything's Available Nearby This Hotel As Well As Railway Station Is Just 600 metres away from this Hotel. Food's Available Here 24x7, But Food's Taste Is Average. Maybe Their Cooks Are Not That Much Professional. By The Way Hotel's Rooms Are Neat And Clean. Bathrooms Are Well Cleaned And Basically Rooms Are Available At Affordable Prices. Even There's A Bar Inside This Hotel. Veg And Non-veg Cuisine Both Are Available In Their Restaurant.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel due to the appalling behavior of the manager. Their rude and unprofessional attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. If there was negative star rating, I could have given it. Even after request, room for driver was not allotted. The Towel in the room was left wet even after room cleaning. When the matter was taken up at the reception, the person sitting there was rude and replied that we are not your servants. Cockroach all over the room. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing any assistance. My stay was bad by this encounter, and I would caution anyone considering staying here to think twice before booking. We stayed there as all other good hotels were booked because of prime minister's visit. Don't consider this hotel if you have any other option.
A nostalgic Place . What I can say bad for this place or how I can say bad for this place. Since the beginning of my career this hotel fed me and gave me shelter. Nothing is bad, excellent service and quality of food. Even their Bar is very good, staff is helping and polite, infra is good.

Tha room were clean,very comfortable and the staff was amazing.They went over & beyond to help make over stay enjoyable.I highly recommanded this hotel for anyone who is visiting.They were extremely accomodating & allowed us to check in early at like 10am. Thank u so much.
Very near to railway station , food good qaulity , restaurant available , room price range is decent , room cleanliness is maintained , old building , parking on road
issue:- 1. it is 7 km away from NH and road also not good, so it was very difficult for me to reach on NH in the morning time. chose other hotel which is near to NH. 2. bedsheet were dirty and had holes in it. 3. blanket was not good and smelling bad. 4. chair cupboards and bed head lot of dirt 5. the cost was not value for stay. 6. no proper parking you need to park your car outside the hotel gate middle of the market. 7. they gave only one towel for two people pros:- hotel ambience was very good and classic but it was poorly maintained rooms were not good. 2. food was good
Food was pathetic,ordered paneer butter masala, it literally sweet and tasted as if sugar syrup is been added instead of cashew in it, not recommended to anyone
