Hotel Valley View - Hotel in Nagchala, Bagla - Mandi, India

We had pre booked for 3 people as a family. The staff at the reception had an attitude as if they don't need any guests..Rude & greedy behavior of the room service staff as well.. No sachets for tea /coffee /milk powder were provided despite of repetitive request.. The staff in turn asked why do you need them? For an accommodation of 3, one sachet of coffee, 1 of milk & 1tea bag which they said should be enough was an answer given to us. In all a very bad experience from such a fine hotel

I just had food here while traveling back to kullu and the foos is awesome. I haven't stayed here but the food is 5 on 5

We had been on the road for about 4 hours and were starving. I was craving some breakfast/brunch and we took a chance on the establishment. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The food: poori bhaji.and paranthas was excellent, far better than our expectations. Definitely consider if you need to stop for a meal

Nice compact rooms with good service. The restaurant is good. Lack of parking is a pain point

We stayed here for a night halt on the way to Manali. One of few decent places enroute. The location is bang on highway. The room and washroom were big with hot water available. Room was are a bit old style average hotel look. cleanliness was okish. Food and service was good.

Awesome view of balh Aria ,, room service is not satisfactory but the room quality is awesome, space of parking also satisfactory, good place for marriage birthday party and family function, please improve the room service also
