Everything is very nice Room, service Good Price very reasonable for deluxe room But washroom is not properly cleaned

I recently stayed in this hotel in Dec 22, and had a very good experience. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious for budget rooms. Room service was quick and polite. The food they served was extremely tasty and hygienic that some days we ended up eating more even after a tiring day or on a full stomach. We were greeted and sionara'd by very polite staff. There was a miss from our travel agent on booking a cab for sight seeing, but the receptionist quickly arranged for an excellent ride which made our sight seeing a pleasant, relaxed and exciting experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Service and staff were too poor. They didn't talk or treat us properly. Utter disappointment.

Has a very comfortable stay in tgis hotel..rooms were tody ans well maintained..also the staff was quick at responding to things..overall has a great time there!

The most unhygienic and dirty hotel. Their flooring was muddy and sticky. It seems like it's cleaned once a week or probably a month. Their bathroom is extremely disgusting. I checked 2 rooms the WC was disgustingly dirty public toilets are better. Staff is good they made it a point to clean it later after I clicked few pics of the dirty bathroom and toilet. Probably the worse i came accross so far.

The stay there was nice. Mr. Ghanshyam took care of everything pretty well. His dealing was remarkable. Complementary Dinner was the highlight. Rooms were spacious. 10/10 Attendants were good. They listened to us very patiently. Staff response was good. Nice area for parking available at the property. Overall a pleasant stay. We will again book the same rooms on our next trip to udaipur for sure :)
