HOtel Valentines - Hotel in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

The worst hotel is a request to all the brothers that never stay in this hotel, the service is very useless.

My experience was super awesome. I visited there for a quick tour too Varanasi and Allahabad and stayed there for 2 days and it was a great experience indeed. The rooms are clean and tidy, the washroom including all the door knobs are properly sanitized and the room service was quite good too. The best part was the location since it's just 5 minutes walking distance from Civil lines Subhash Chauraha and 10 minutes walk from Station. Very much recommend from my side. We had to change 2 rooms due to AC problem. The tap on the wash basin of the 3rd room was not in place. The whole tap was revolving! Rooms were decent. Service was good. Food was good.

Moderate Style. Hall at the entrance for short function is quite small. Little congested in built. Staff people is decent well mannered. Food is good.

Not a cost effective option. Not for unmarried couples. Even married young couple have to go for litmus test to prove they are married, please keep any documents to prove the same. Ambiance is less than average, room are slightly old anteriors. Food outside is good. Best things about this hotel is it near to railway station (walking distance)

a good hotel . i have been staying in this hotel regularly. location is very convenient . i would appreciate the management that long time back i had suggested a proper sitting arrangement in the reception , which has been made and so the reception area and its look has been enhanced . staff is polite and helpful . i would compliment them all . i request in the breakfast eggs / omelettes to be included . this hotel because of its location can be made to a corporate hotel . i had a pleasant stay .

Good service prompt response,easy access. Good reception even though we reached at 2 am,Quite close to the railway station, good location peacefull, reception was fantastic at the time of booking and confirmed even if I made calls at the wee hours to just to confirm my bookings Good for the family and kids, could not stay long as we were on the site seeing almost.

I had a very bad experience with my booking at hotel in Allahabad. **** Civil Lines Near Sangam Place (booking number 2093057665). I reached there around 11 in the night but the behaviour of the receptionist was so roude. He doesn't know how to talk to guests and he was showing his arrogance while I went there. I had to find the hotel at unknown place in the night 12 which was so painful. I travel frequently and this my worst experience till date .I would never recommend this hotel to anyone in future. Also if **** would not take any action against that guy or hotel, I would not gonna recommend or book hotel thought **** in future.
