Ac was not working properly,n service was too late

Nice hotel very much near the railway station and bus stand. Food quality is very good but not provided so much options. Room Service at hotel need some improvement. Otherwise nice hotel at Muzaffar Nagar

The location of the place is good, just in front of the railway station, in the centre of the city, the area is almost crowded. But, the hotel, or the restaurant, is mostly just used for kitty parties and nothing else. The service and food is okayish. Don't keep your expectations high if planning to go here anytime. Also, it resides in the most crowded area of the city, so beware.

Located right in the centre of city, very near to railway station and bus stand, it is the best hotel in Muzaffarnagar for a cozy and comfortable stay. The rooms are very well done up and the staff is caring and friendly. Value for money totally!!

Best hotel in your price range. If you are from middle class family then it would be the best hotel for you. Best thing is that hotels room are neat and clean, service is very good, specially the behaviour of staff is really good. they give you best service. and the hotel is near to railway station.

Location near railway station. really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

A good place if you are looking for a short visit. I ordered food twice, and the quality was fair to good.. A big drawback is the lack of parking space. However it is near the bus station and the railway station.

Nice location near to railway station but room are just ok. Frankly it was a hospital that changes into hotel , so rooms are bit like hospital rooms. But overall transformation is good.
