Decent hall... the only thing I felt was missing is AC, rest it is good for hosting ~100 people... parking is an issue though... Also, if you are planning for birthday party/wedding reception decoration then my suggestion is to select your own decorator/event planner.....don't go with their recommendation. I will give them 3.5 stars...
