I visit yesterday night time as I entered, I saw dust in stairs then there was no cupboard, working and gyser working. Not provide complementary breakfast right time while asking about bf, staff denied by saying,chef will come late
Everything was good including reception,sanitation and room cleanliness.best to choose it .
OYO services are really pathetic.
I paid online for this hotel and when I reached there...the receptionist denied entry and asked for more 500 rs.
I called OYO executive and he told me that money will be refunded by tomorrow.
I asked him to cancel it but he asked that hotel person has made check-in against my booking but I hadn't gone and stayed there.
There was no action done from OYO side
