OYO services are really pathetic. I paid online for this hotel and when I reached there...the receptionist denied entry and asked for more 500 rs. I called OYO executive and he told me that money will be refunded by tomorrow. I asked him to cancel it but he asked that hotel person has made check-in against my booking but I hadn't gone and stayed there. There was no action done from OYO side
