Food quality is nice, serving staff also so humble to customer. Great Location for photoholic peoples to celebrate birthdays and events. All things are perfect but price/rates of some dishes are so high.
It was nice experience at Utsav Rooftop, taste was truly awesome, it was not oily and not too much spicy as well, service was also good, we've ordered food which suggested to us by service person and it was worth, about atmosphere it was totally wonderful, interior and other things are beautiful and photogenic as well, it is at top of the building so we can see small lights in full darkness around this place and it feels so good while dinner. And one more thing I have to mention that it is not expensive s o it is best to eat good food at best price. I would recommend this to friends.

It was my first time to visit this marvellous place I very much impressed with beautiful designed campus the surrounding is very much nit and clean.the taste of food was very very excellent.the presentetion of food serving is rememnerable. food taste are awesome. In future when I came to Latur I visit to utsav again and again.I suggest to all to visit such beautiful roof top restaurant at iest one time
