To avoid any discrepancy, I made reservations in advance. the staff was friendly and helpful. Room conditions are good, as it their hospitality. If this is your first visit in city, then staff members also help up get about. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Utsav.

Very bad experience and service of this Hotel. Hygiene was not all maintained. Sofa , door mats and bedsheets covers were not all clean, you could see stains all over.. When we asked to change it , the answer from staff was this is clean else we will get it change tomorrow. When we asked to change the room we were shifted to way smaller room where fan switch was not even working.. Mosquitoes were all around and on the request for all out, the person said why are you disturbing at night. Next day we requested to get our room clean and went out.. We came back at night room was as it is, again staff mentioned since it's night we can't get your room clean. Again we were shifted to new room. Overall our two days trip was pathetic and spoiled our mood of Holiday. I will never suggest this Hotel to anyone. I have given 1 rating as I had to. Only its restaurant food was good. I wish I could post pictures here.
Check in was good. Room condition was also good. Got one small bathing soap, a towel. Breakfast taste was nice, I ordered Poha-Jalebi. I found some wear & tear on bed sheet. There were some stains on the blanket too. I booked a room for 1000 bucks, almost 300-400 bucks cheaper than oyo & other hotel booking apps. I just request you, if you're booking any hotel, plz do it by calling directly to the hotel, you'll save lots of money. These hotel booking apps charge you 300-400 or may be more than what you'll get if you call directly to the hotel. The room price was 1200-1400 on various apps. I booked it for 1000 bucks.

Poor condition of rooms, they did not even provide water when we checked in. No proper toiletries or towels provided. ACs were not functioning properly and bathrooms were tattered. Especially the bedsheets, pillows were so dirty that we were anxious while sleeping in the beds. Horrific experience.
