I recently booked rooms at this hotel for a wedding, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hall where the wedding took place was simply great. It had a charming ambiance, spacious layout, and provided a perfect setting for the event. The hotel's attention to detail in setting up the hall was impressive. The food served at the wedding was nothing short of amazing. The menu choices were diverse, and the quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a delightful treat. The hotel's culinary team truly knows how to create a memorable dining experience. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. They were consistently courteous, generous, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we encountered any issues, they were quick to address them and ensured that our needs were met promptly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Speaking of the rooms, they were comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and comfort was evident, and we had a pleasant and restful stay. Any problems we had with the rooms were immediately attended to and resolved, which further added to our positive experience. The service provided by the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant opening at 7:30 am was convenient for early risers, and the availability of room service made dining hassle-free. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the lunch. It was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The quality of the food and the presentation were top-notch. Lastly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel and its staff for making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very kind. The ambience of the restaurant was fantastic and the food was also of very delicious. Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel Utsav Deluxe is very good service. The room here is very nice. Very close from Swargate. All the facilities here are great. The entire staff is very courteous. Parking facility is good here. Being on the road to Satara makes it very convenient Five stars out of five for this hotel from me.

Ambience, Maintenance,food,room service everything is excellent,but I think the front office should be taught to be polite and more empathetic towards customers rather than hooking up stories and wasting time.

The stay at this hotel was good. But our request for breakfast without onion garlic was accepted at the time of booking and later denied. Especially the rude denial made us skip breakfast there. It would make easier for customers to make a choice if your policy is made clear at the time of booking.

Good Ambience. Food is OK but you need to add certain dishes to the traditional menu.

Excellent staff, good rooms , polite and punctual room service , great veg food service, selection and options.

Located conveniently for visitors to Dhankawadi area. Well appointed & elegant reception and smooth checkin. The standard ac room, though a little small, was clean and amenities provided (including hot water for bath) were adequate. On the flip side, the design & space utilisation of the bathroom was poor and the toilet system leaked when the jet was used. Overall stay was satisfactory. 3
