The hotel reopened a few days ago as per the staff . Good point - the boys working here are responsive but with no rights to take a call on any issue. No complimentary breakfast, no wifi, no power backup , reason given was the previous management is No more continuing, hence need time to decide whether to continue on previous terms or not. I had an unexpected visitor in my room - a Rat.
Very bad experience. Issues are listed. 1. Bed bugs at 205 room 2. Mosqitos 3. Wash room blockage 4. Water problem 5. Arrogant staff. 6. Too expensive rooms. 16,000/- per room is too much for the condition. Overall bad experience and not recommending
We had an unpleasant experience there. 1.All non-veg starters/curries tastes almost same(all with same masala). 2.Very late service(don't believe them if they say "2 min sir"). 3.All the items in the menu will not be available (selecting from menu is useless). 4.The staff working there don't value their customers (only servers were good enough). 5.Waste of our money and time eating there

This place has Not been properly maintained. The rooms are dull and dark. No proper wardrobe, safe. Room cleaning is not frequent. Bedsheet and pillow covers are not changed regularly. Bathrooms are the worst. Very dirty, leaking, etc.
Wdhell.. The worst hotel I've ever seen... In my life.... Rooms are full of mosquitos and bathrooms are d worst...room boys are polite but that doesn't make any difference due to the worst condition of the rooms... Don't take any chance of staying in this hotel...
Very shabby rooms and the worst bathrooms ever.... Clogged washbasins filled with gross. No showers, no hot water, nothing is clean. Only the helpful staff prompted me to give it one star. Never visit if you can help it.
They will serve you all the gravies with the same recipe/masala. Poor & Late service - Not responsive to customers - not at all worth your money. I would suggest you to go for the other restaurants instead of wasting your time n money for this food.
