Worst management. They are charging more than 2K per room. It not at all worthy. U can see reception walls , lift , wash rooms not at all good.

It seems this hotel is worst in Tadepelligudem ,no proper AC in room,no service ugly maintenance ,no fan regulator what else in every aspect it is worst Pl while coming to Usha grand check Google ratings

Worst maintenance no water heater beds are not good

Hotel is well located and food is very good, ambience need to be improved

High Room tariffs.Bad maintenance. Old hotel building - Room no 207 AC not working They can't even resolve. Entire hotel depends on a Reception LADY .

had a function hall booked here.. and.. I would recommend it to my worst enemies so that they can suffer.

Don't chose this hotel at any circumstances, rooms are dirty beds are in worst condition, blankets are not cleaned properly, totally waste of money.

Too much expensive room. Lift is not working n power issues are there continuously for halfnr.
