Did a last minute booking to Urban Delight for one night and was fortunate to get a good room. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us when we saw them and also asking for feedback on what could be done better. The room was quite clean and spacious, the toilet area could do with some minor renovation but otherwise the facilities were pretty great. Thank you Suresh for your hospitality and professionalism, it was truly a delightful stay and we hope to visit again in the future!
We just stayed for one night. Rooms were good for 3 of us. 2 adults and 1 kid. Breakfast if we go on time starting 8am to 9am it is better to have food on time. Else need to wait as they need to prepare fresh food. Overall good experience.
Staff is good. They tried to sort out problems. Issue is about the rooms. They were not at all clean. Linens needed to be changed. Toiletries missing. Air conditioning not functional. Telephone not working. Parking is available just outside on the roadside. It could have been better.
This place is a hidden gem. We recently hosted my child's birthday party at this hotel, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Mr Suresh garu was not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that our event was a success, from helping with the initial planning to ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day. The location is a plus in addition to the ample parking space. The conference hall we used was spacious and immaculately clean, providing the perfect setting for our celebration. It comfortably accommodated all our guests and allowed the kids to have a blast without feeling cramped. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply fantastic! The variety of food options available impressed me, and the quality was top-notch. From appetizers to the main course and desserts, our taste buds were treated to a delightful culinary experience. Lastly, I must mention the hotel staff. They were courteous, attentive, and efficient throughout the event. Their service truly added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for any event. The friendly owner, spacious and clean hall, delicious food options, and excellent staff make it an outstanding choice. Our kid's birthday party was a huge success, thanks in large part to this wonderful venue. We'll definitely be returning for future celebrations!

I have stayed here for a night with my family. It is located at the centre of the city. The ambiance is nice. The room, washroom, cupboards, bedsheets, chairs everything was clean enough. The room has a big window so the night view was good. They have provided all the amenities as per the room we booked. It was a happy and safe stay.
We came to Urban Delight for my relatives Half Saree Function. The Banquet arrangements were fabulous. Especially the food was tasty and mouth watering.
Reasonable pricing....no problems like bed bugs....ac....hot water...mosquitos... A true bang for the buck very very affordable and cheap breakfast and rent and also a hygienic room...near the Benz circle soo very accessible and accommodating especially for families .... !!! Was a nice place to get a night's rest.
