Website photos for Uppal Inernational are completely misleading. This a very dated hotel so it only looks like it needs a good clean but it is regularly cleaned. Located near Metro, eateries & bars even though the area is down-market we felt safe. Our bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. Towels were threadbare. And yes, you have to ask them to turn on the hot water (takes 5mins to heat up). Same with a/c. The room card has to be reactivated on your return. Staff are obliging but it's still inconvenient. Room has no fridge, toiletries are a block of soap and a couple of sachets. Our bathroom has a tub with shower (no curtain) but we opted for a bucket bath as the mixing of water was difficult. TV has local free channels with the rest paid for. Room was adequate as we were out all day and very reasonably priced. It is unlikely that i would use this hotel again but good if your budget is low.

The reason I booked this property was because of bath tub....there are bugs on the bed...they put a sticker or the toile seat which says sanitized but there were remains of the poop. I called them and said you have bugs on the bed.they just disconnected the call.. I won't advise anyone to book this property. The washroom is ok but rustic washroom.

All good reviews about this hotel is not true. I booked via MMT and posted a review with them also but they didn't posted. Worst food, for hot water we have to first call room service, there is hair dryer but doesn't works, ac Cooling is bad, no fans, pantry delivers food to wrong room, poor WiFi. Only staff is good in cleaning room when we are outside. Location is also so-so. Bad experience and will not recommend anyone.

The place offers relatively small rooms with average facilities for that "international" name per day! The paharganj area is quite congested and the road to the hotel gets a foot submerged in water of sewage during rainfall. Food is overpriced and quite average. Toilets were clean but few faucets were not properly working. There is one pool table with a single stick ! And yes there are cats but friendly

Very Good Hotel, near New Delhi railway station,,Room was very nice and fully clean, food was very nice,, Aaloo paratha is very tasty.. I will recommend to all friends...Thanks

Location is very poor , rooms are smelling , wrost food , the pics on site will misleads you ...be careful in choosing...hair dryer is not working ... not a living place again

Room was okay. Bathtub was broken. It was moderately fine. Not good not bad. Food was a little overpriced. Location is a bit off as the area is prone to pickpockets

Dirty rooms. It's a very old property. The AC was not working. Room service was very slow. Took 30-40 mins to get one plate. Refused to replace glasses in the room. Staff was rude also despite such bad services.
