Hotel Upasana - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Can't even express in words how utterly disstisfied and down right disgusted we are by this hotel.....the service was awful...didn't even help worh our luggage.....there was a single LED bulb in the whole room...the bathroom was dirtier than public toilets...and their behaviour was as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay here.... please think for about a 100 times before acutally staying here......not at all recomended.....

Low class hotel...third class service...room is very dirty...ac is not working .. bathroom is soo dirty ..hotel manager is so third class...all staff are rude & bad behaviour...i want to give minus star if its available....third class hotel...worst hotel ever i visit...

Very bad experience. Broken bed and room and bathroom were uncleaned.

Everything over there is very poor, It is recommended to every one don't stay over there, it is better to stay at Bhubeneswar Station than in this lodge..please if any one find anything ,I repeat "anything" good in this lodge let me know...Even the Mosquitos are rude than other palce.(pun intended)..In one word if u want to experience the ambience of Hell, just spend one night over there.

I am a frequent traveller but i have not had experience this kind of ambience..smell of the room is very bad and the Behaviour of staff is not good and so the commitment. So it's better to stay at platform than staying in this hotel.

Worst experience.... Staff is doing rude behaviour, not supportive and demanding additional money. Cleanness is zero and room are smelling a lot. It seems they have other illegal business within hotel as per environment. They are giving your room to other for short time if you are away for few hour's.

AC not working. Normal water taps not working; only hot water taps were running, geyser continuous ON( they couldnt turn it off). Staff talking rudely; saying that the previous guests who stayed in the same room did not complain about anything so why are you complaining. All of this when there was scorching heat outside. Kept me waiting for an hour at the lobby. And then they changed the room. Dirty washrooms. Rooms clean but very old(furniture and tiles). And during checkout the receptionist begged me for 5 star rating in OYO( which I reluctantly gave just bcoz he changed the room). NEVER GO THERE.

Had seen online. But when I went to check it, I was shocked. There were no lifts, rooms were small and were smelling. We had asked for two rooms. One of the room's access was from behind the building through staff quarters. The rooms were not even done when showed to us. Did not feel like a family can stay. Even if alone, choose when you don't have other options. Even cheaper hotels should maintain a level of decorum. 700/- and 800/- is not a naught.
