I have been staying in Upasana Hotel for 4 years. The staff and reception staff of the hotel are very helpful. From my experience till date, it is a suitable hotel for low price. The location is very good with all the facilities nearby, including the Ganesh temple. The smell of incense in the morning. Please stay if you come.
I hv been staying at this hotel since 10 years....hotel is in very good location of guwahati city... A very good experience by me at this hotel.... It is neat and hygienic and also staff are very gentle.... Receptionist are very supportive.. they take good care for us.... Do come to this hotel and HV a great stay.... Prices are also at the average.....
Hotel Upasana Palace Ganeshguri is the ideal place to stay for business ,professional , tourist. The rooms are well maintained staff are well behaved. I fell like home out of home. The reception people knew me by name as I am staying here for last four years . Every month I visit Guwahati for professional reasons and my staying is always with Hotel Upasana Palace. The reception people like Krishna, Bhaskar , Nipol are like my own family member. They never refuse me in whatever condition I reached out there.
The rooms are very old and smell very bad also the hotel is in a very dirty stage from inside. It requires both extreme cleaning and renovation. The food is also terrible now the roti was as solid as cement and couldn't be chewed. The hotel was great before but today it is almost falling apart.
