HOTEL UNNATI - Hotel in Akola - Akola, India

Very very bad room. In Toilet ,bathroom bad smell n not clean properly tab nor good condition TV not working A/ C cooling less.

The rooms were, meh, alright. The manager was kind and the overall service was pretty decent. Overall, a pretty mediocre but recommended place to stay if you're low on budget.

One of the worst hotel and service. No cleanliness. Bed sheets were extremely dirty. No response from staffs. They change their check-in check out time as per their convenience. Moreover the owner changes his words in the same way as a chameleon changes colors. They seem professionals in looting people. Pay a few hundred extra and stay in a better place.

The staff was really polite and helpful. The hotel need to be maintained as the rooms are not properly cleaned and so was the bathrooms. This might be due to lockdown but they need to take cleanliness to at most priority.

Okish type room, washroom was unclean, hotel doesn't provide breakfast but I was charged for the same while booking from OYO app. When I asked the guy he told it's not available.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Akola, India ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Best available Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the food service was very flexible (I appreciate this) and the kitchen supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had 6 great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience of visiting my hometown after 6 good years. The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Shyam, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Shyam is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality. Finally, Mr Mohit Jaiswal the owner of this hotel has answers and solutions to every query every questions. I'll always come back to Unnati for the the location, service, warmth and hospitality.

Booked room from make my trip when went to location owner rejected to give room on online booking even after payments if you are booking from Oyo or mmt don't book this hotel room it will be a big trouble for you.

Nice and cheap place to crash in for a night or 2, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly if you are traveling solo.
