Hotel Universal Garden - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

i got baten by spider on my bed. its not at all 3 star property. no toiletries were provided. rooms were half in size than standard and also not cleaned properly. no wardrobes for clothes and not even a single window in the room. room was smelly and washroom was slippery. check in process was also difficult as you have to check in in the building premises first with all the id cards provided. building premises staff was rude. food was also not good. with all these points i think such hotels don't deserve to be declared as 3 star property and charges were according too high for stay.

Don't be fooled by the main building, hotel is in just first floor and rest is all offices. You will find difficulty to reach here as auto drivers don't have any idea there is a hotel inside and you may have to tell them other land marks. Rooms are small. Water flow in bath tap is minimal and slow in 102. Hotel don't provide shampoo so take one with you. Some tiles are broken in room 102 so be aware of that. Do not accept room close to front desk as it can be noisy. Be careful with high step when you enter and exit washroom

Hotel is very big but has no parking area, I had to park my bike outside on road, not so friendly staff, especially watchman, for everything thay have one answer NOT ALLOWED. If you are order Something you'll have to go down and pick up the stuff. Rude watchman. Food is tasty and quality is good.

third class hotel to stay, room, washroom so bad, they not clean properly. they are fallen hair you can found any where in the room and washroom. they do not provide bath soap, shampoos, room tea, kattel and other minimum things. they serve food from outside, these are so bad you not to eat. complimentary breakfast they give us bread omelet only nothings else. this was so bad I didn't eat, so oily. Don't book directly or through any booking site.

It is good hotel in budget in the given area ! Problem remains with foods since no inside kitchen and everything comes from outside. Additional issue remains with no lift although hotel is situated in 1st floor, may be difficult for elders! Location is good and you can find cabs / autos all the time over there. Building is safe and secured being corporate house !

Booked for my marriage, but they dint allowed anyone to visit in room for meet (Not Even Photographer For Taking Pictures for 15 Mintues) , very worst experience and very unprofessional staff. No humanity shown on wedding day. Greedy People asking for Rs1000/person for visitors as bribe who wants to meet for 10 Minutes.Please dont book this hotel if you booking grand banquet or city banquet for marriage. Please look for other hotel.

Don't go with the pictures uploaded. It nothing looks like how it is portrait. Rooms are too tiny. Bathrooms aren't hygienic. There are cracks on the wall. No proper dining. Even drinking water aren't potable. No lift or bell boy for your luggage downstairs. Everytime you go out, you have to go through security check with all weird queries. Worst ever.

First of all Don't go by uploaded pics on Google Hotel is just small part of the building No parking facility No lift facility As the hotel is located on 1st floor there must be lift facility Rooms are small and compact having no windows so no ventilation in room No natural light in room you have to depend upon AC and lights in room
