HOTEL UNITED KITES - Hotel in Hassan, Sankalapura - Hassan, India

I have stayed in this hotel on 30th April 2023 to 1st May 2023 with my family.staff behaviour is absolutely horrible.i have checked in but room was very bad. But they refused to change. Later inhad to fight and change it.The manager was so rude like an idiot. Pls stay away from booking this hotel. Its my genuine review about this hotel. not at recommend. This is further to the hotel reply - its wrong claim and i have not used any rooms for even 10 minutes. its confirmed that these staffs are dishonest too. Pls be away from booking this hotel

Tha staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. And rooms are very spacious clean and well maintained after visit this place I had a very good love with this place Thank you so much make our dayz very wonderful

We booked 2 rooms for 8nov night. We had a good experience at this place it is a good budget hotel clean and neat tha staff are well behaved and front office girl will be well responsible we will continue to book this hotel on priority in our future must visit this place

Rooms are good. The location is easy to find and i think it is very close to main roads so transportation is not an issue. The property is huge and has ample parking space. The only place it disappointed is the swimming pool.. I am crazy for swimming pools but the pool was not cleaned properly... There were bugs floating in the pool... Service is good with good staffs. But breakfast also disappointed as not much variety was served! For a Rs700 extra we paid for rooms was not worth it.

We were planning to visit Hassan for Diwali 2023,from 11th to 13th November and had booked two rooms in UNITED KITES. We had booked our rooms one month in advance. We had paid the booking amount and received voucher from this hotel. On 7th November, the hotel calls up and says they can't accommodate our booking and returned the advance for no reason. THERE IS NO MEANING OF ADVANCE BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL. This was last minute disappointment as we were hoping to visit the Holy shrine of Goddess Hassanamba. Our plans were ruined . Don't recommend booking with this hotel
