Take this hotel only as your last option. I stayed there for two nights. Booked the rooms online by seeing the photos. But it was not as expected. The rooms were pretty old and had a bad odour. The bed sheets, mattress and pillows had a bad odour too. The bathrooms were not clean and had stains everywhere. The tap water in the bathroom is salty like sea water. So forget about washing your mouth after brushing using the tap water. The rooms are overpriced for the service and comfort they are offering. The AC is a gimmick. It won't cool the room, it's just a fan in a box. There was no remote for the AC in my room (Room 101). The only good thing is the locality. There is a metro station nearby and also you will get cabs and buses easily.
It was bad experience for us. Even though there were few good rooms they provide as very bad room having bedbugs, dirty washroom, bad quality beds, service is poor, useless kitchen, no shops or good restaurants nearby
Room is Ok. Service is also OK. The hotel don't have card swaping system. Only UPI. Location wise is in the heart of Karol Bagh Market.
Experience is good. The stay is calm and peaceful. The hotel staff helps us when required and available 24/7. The hotel is very near to many places in Delhi and it's located in the center of the city. All the places are in 5kms radius from hotel
One of the worst hotel in delhi. Please dont go for online photo everything is fake .Rooms are in so bad condition if they offer you for free also please dont stay.And once you enter room eveytime you have to call some one to open door if you want to go out. Nothing can be worst than this .
