It was an amazing experience to stay in uma. Staff's are very good, very humble. Their behaviour with customers is outstanding. If I will ever come in Nanded without any doubt my first choice will be Hotel Uma executive.
Worst Experience at this Property. They do not even have Electricity Backup, currently there is no electricity since last whole Night Do not recommend. Completely Fraud People
Rooms are good and staff behaviour is excellent & very polite. I just have one issue with the bathroom, couples of 8 inch worms were always hanging on the floor.
Fruadulent experience At the time of check in they tell you something else and then at check out they will turn the tables. They charge double of what they mentioned at the time of check in. Also they don't have any food services so not recommended at all l.
The hotel is good. The hotel staff is nice, their service is good and the hotel is clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with attached toilet bathroom. The blankets and towels the hotel is providing is clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel if anyone is searching for a short stay near the railway station. Thanks!
I wish I could give negetive star for service . Very disappoint with the service. They don't even have plates to eat . I will not recommended this hotel to any one . No power backup . Hot water available only in morning hours.
Rooms are clean & room service is good . But they don't have an in-house kitchen for food. Note: wifi speed was slow . But this issue was put to concern with the property manager. ( As of 1 oct 2022)
