HOTEL ULTIMATE - Hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

Had a great experience staying at Hotel ultimate. Every person on the staff is very polite, helpful. Clean rooms with an awesome view from the balcony. They also helped us in getting local cab service for sight seeing around at a reasonable price. The food at the restaurant is spicy so just ask them ahead to adjust it.

One of the best hotel in Ooty. You get access to a beautiful room and a balcony with a city and valley view. It is located on top of the city therefore it is very peaceful and we get a view of valleys and tea farms from the property. The owners are very respectful and is always there to help. The food is also amazing and affordable. Would highly recommend.

It was a great stay. Every staff member is very polite and customer centric. I go extra mile to make the customer feel satisfied. The view from the balcony is great. Wifi is little slow which is kind of better when you are on a vacation. The location of the hotel is also so quite. You can chill in your balcony with a book in your hand and a pleasant read.

I just came back from Ooty trip and can say without any doubt that hotel Ultimate is one of the best hotels in Ooty. Their hospitality is so good that it feels like staying at home. The rooms are cozy and the view is breathtaking. The food is also delicious. All the hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and stress-free stay in Ooty.

My stay at Hotel Ultimate Ooty was truly pleasant. The combination of excellent room service, courteous staff, delicious food, clean rooms with a fantastic balcony view, and the complementary breakfast made it a wonderful experience overall.

I visited here with a package trip. I liked the hotel. It's very good. I liked the food also. Staff is very co-operative, and maintenance is good. The only issue is you don't have a lift here, and it's built top to bottom. So you enter on the top floor and the rooms are further down. But it has a very good view. While ooty is visible from here at night, and it looks awesome. You have got private balcony as well.

Excellent ambience, First class facilities, night camp Fire, morning complimentary breakfast everything was more than awesome, could not be described in words. Wonderful place for both family stay and friends stay

I stayed here with my family for 2 days, I would say it's ok type hotel. Room charges(5k-6k) looks high. Room size is very small, things were broken in room and bathroom. Balcony was also completely closed so I was doesn't look like proper balcony. I would say few things are good like view from close balcony mirror is good. Staff is also friendly.
