Very bad experience and worst rooms Bad management When I opened the door everything was not properly set. All blankets are thrown everywhere in the room.

Except location everything is really bad and horrible. When I opened the door everything was not properly set. All blankets are thrown everywhere in the room. Blankets are not washed. I think the room was used before we checkin. The price also too high. They are saying 1000 for non AC and 1500 for AC (even for 1hr also same price). No water bottle given. Room is not clean. TV not working. Staff behaviour is not good. Food also not good. Room smells like smoking room.

Ate parota and fried rice. Charged 145 INR. Parota. Not cooked well. Served with watery chutney and watery sagu. Not at all tastes good. Fried Rice. Although they charged higher price but served fried rice with low quality sauce. Taste - Not that good. But not bad compared to parota. After having food I asked for a 2 litre bisleri water bottle. He said 40 INR. But the MRP printed on water bottle is 30 INR. I didn't took with him instead I bought it from a shop beside this hotel which he charged for 30 INR. DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Worst experience in bangalore. Had booked a room in this hotel via 'Make my trip'. On reaching we found that the room allotted was in a horrible condition, no proper lighting. There was no space at all in the rooms. Bathrooms tap not working properly. Extremely bad service. They charged extravagantly for a mattress that we demanded (as we had booked for 3 people in a double sharing room). Restaurant service was very poor too and had no option of dinner for guests who checked in around 10pm! I would definitely never suggest nor recommend this hotel to anybody I know.

The hotel was not up to the mark. The ambience was good but I was put into a room with a leaky AC which wouldn't cool the room. Got a replacement the next morning. The staff was cooperative. The bed linen was stained and torn. In short a not very good experience.

The hotel is a fraud. I had booked my ticket for IMTEX exhibition on 27th almost a month back. On reaching hotel I got shocker when I was told by the person there that there is no room. I realised the worst when I found that there were five six more person facing the same situation as I was. The manager/owner was not available on phone. I don't want to go into details but the drama ended when I got my money back at 1:30 am with the help of local police. Thanks to subinspector Mr. Narasimhan of Yeswantpur police station and his team.

Good location bang opp railway station. Room sizes are small other wise all aspects are okay good south indian breakfast you get. It is not having lift so difficult for old people as actual hotel starts from 1st floor. At ground floor they have 2 reaustaurants

I booked this hotel because it is very close to railway station and I needed a hotel only to stay half a day in between two trains. very conveniently located just in front of railway station. hotel manager initially behaved rudely with me but later was understanding enough to allow 3 persons in a double room. hotel facilities are good and staff are cooperative. overall nice place for one day stay.
