Hotel Udayee International - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Had taken a deluxe room and while the pricing and location was good, the service is lacking. Also the bathroom is not maintained properly where we found the commode seat to be broken and the taps not functioning well. The room interiors and space is good. The AC was working well and the ground staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was served to rooms in a trolley like in hospitals and plastic spoons provided Hope they improve on the feedback provided

The price you pay for Executive rooms is totally not worth it. No ventilation in the rooms, Bathrooms are bad. Room is too crowded, you need to jump over the bed to reach the refrigerator. Poor lighting in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is average. No valet parking. Mirrors are not properly cleaned. Do not recommend.

Worst experience with this Hotel. Got cheated after booking through Agoda (now taken over by OYO). They had misleading photos of the room in all the categories (standard,deluxe, superior etc). Had to pay more money at the hotel on top of what i paid online to get my desired room. Would not recommend to book any property via agoda / oyo. While booking breakfast was included in my plan as per the booking confirmation from Agoda/Oyo. However, hotel denied offering me breakfast saying it is not included. Both Hotel and Agoda/Oyo work in partnership to trap customers offering you rates lower at time of booking and making you pay extra at the property

Poor quality stay- these guys destroyed the Ginger property I booked looking at the pictures and also knowing that this property used to be a Ginger Hotel earlier. My feedback: 1. There is an issue with Agoda and the property people and we were not even provided breakfast where as this was part of the package. The hotel people were very unhelpful after making us wait till 11 am (with a child). Finally we went out for our breakfast. TERIBLE EXPERIENCE 2. The rooms are all gone to dogs and this a typical fly by the night hotel. The bathroom fittings are all rusting and badly maintained 3. The Wi-Fi was not working and I had to resort to mobile data 4. The only advantage is that this is opposite the bus stand and in Tirupati most hotels I have seen have very low level of customer centricity (huge floating population and the staff and management don't care, they just see you as a 1 night stay and try and fleece as much) 4. The size of the room mentioned is a lie and a fraud. This is at most a 12x12 room. The pics are outdated and seem to be of the Ginger period

I stayed 3 days with family and it was a good experience. Parking available at the entrance and also at the side. Rooms on the first floor had a pungent smell due to the lack of windows. The rooms on the second floor are awesome. Room number 211 The shower was not working, no response after complaining. The door lens was broken and anybody could look at the room. After complaining they asked me to use something to cover the hole, that's why the service got 3 Ratings. As usual TV not working Staff also had an issue with the distribution of water bottles everyday. Supposed to be 1 free bottle per room per day and we had to ask for it multiple times.

Not good hotel for price point we paid Room service pathetic Not even providing one bottle per day as complimentary. Room cleaniness not good no one came to clean in our stay for 2 days. Hot water not provided all the time i need to call reception ask them to provide still no response. Room shown us is classic room while booking they gave standard room. Please avoid this type of hotels from oyo. Charged me more for few hours early checkin even though rooms available.

Only location is good. Remain rooms are pathetic, I don't recommend at this price go for online booking. I would recommend go and see rooms at better hotels in Tirupati and even if u pay more then take better rooms

The place is very close to railway station we had no issue finding the place. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. We were provided with complimentary breakfast which was very good. The service was also up to the mark ,staff members were very hospitable. overall a very happy experience.
