Lots of parking. Don't know about the restaurant. Bathroom is clean. Only limited channel on TV. Service is very good. Executive room: Rs1500/night (2 adult)
Washroom but smelling nd dirty. Rest it was decent to stay., no lift no wheel chair access wifi available. Ac took time to start and cool. Staff was decent to knock and enter when asked to come in. Nice. Food was alright. Had it delivered to the room
We went on 21/05,The receptionist asked to checking late at 10 pm and asked for early check out at 7 Am , was also not ready to give gst bill . Also in parking area people were having liquour freely. Very bad behaviour of receptionist ,seems he too was drunk . Not recommended at all for decent people and families .
It was the worst experience i ever had. Service and food quality was pathetic
I had a bad experience at this restaurant. First of all I had to wait for 10 mins to get a waiter to take my order. Then service was too slow, and it took around 25-30 mins to get the food even though we ordered usual and common food items like dal, Sev tamatar and roti. For next round of roti, again they took 10mins and we had to wait for it. For common beverages options like tea, butter milk, they refused to provide. Taste of the food was not good. Rotis were very badly cooked.

Very bad mannered staff, I have booked for 2 days morning staff shown me room and booked room no 106 for me, at evening I came then found a rude boy on the booking counter. He said in foal language rooms filled you will not get room now arrange yourself. It was 10 pm and I found the rubbish service. I had to travel return to guna between 10:30 pm to 00:30 Am while raining. I will never go to that hotel again.
The hotel is newly constructed and very beautiful and full of all amenities. The rooms, beds, toilets are all perfect. Morning sun light comes straight through your windows as the hotel is east facing. Very good location little away from the city on Highway.
