The hotel has comfortable rooms. Furniture, fixtures and amenities are in better condition. Co-operative staff. Air Conditioning systems and beds conditions are much better at an affordable prices. Probably once good, has fallen down on bad times due to indifferent management and lack of safety. No fire escape, tardy lift, Kitchen service is altogether missing. Stay at your own risk.
Worst ever experience. Electricity issue, water issue, cleanliness issue. What else, they will say, yes, to everything and will provide nothing. Staff behaviour is also bad. Not recommended.

- Rooms are so so............if you are going for single bed it will cost you around Rs 1500 but room is so compact that it not worth it Rs 1500 - Two beds are good because it spacious.............cost around Rs. 2200 - Location is fine not far away from ASSI GHAT - Service is also fine - And yes check in Timing is 11:00 AM to next day 10:59 AM ......... - whether you are checkin at 11:00 am or 11:00 pm you have to check out to next day 11:00 am .............and pay the full amount - it not like you want stay at night you have to give only that amount of money...........you have to pay for the full cycle of 11:00 am to next day 10:59 am
