The hotel is good with respect to service and amenities. The biggest drawback is the floor manager, Mr. Sanjiv, who is actually one of the most rude front desk managers I have ever encountered. Actually, never ask him to book any cab, he will ask for a commission from the cab provider and quote a higher amount. So actually he is spoiling the repute of the hotel. Management should look into this.
This place is one of the best options for hotels in Godda. But some things need requirement: 1. quicker room service 2. a few staff need better training 3. some dishes are pretty good, others are bland.
Good hotel. Service is good with good food. Not so many options in breakfast. Early check-in and late checkout charges are extremely high. Rooms are quite good but washrooms are very small.
Here Spacious and well located hotel that is easy to spot. Ample space for car parking. No crowding issue. Driver's stay arrangements available which is a big plus point. There is a restaurant on the third floor that gets pretty busy in the evening. The morning buffet is decent. No staffing issue. I am here on an dinner and this is turning out to be a good stay. The room rents are decent as well.ambience are well. Food quality was average but say good. Good to see here
I am satying in hotel asked to pack breakfast.... Said ok but in morning I have not received packet. Breakfast quality is very poor and in all dishes salt is more. Please improve services and food quality.

Location is fine. Road is narrow & dirty. Hotel is specious to organise a marriage party. Inside decorations & amenities is very nice. Inside area is neat and clean. Rooms are comfortable. Restaurant is fine. Foods are tasty & delicious. We enjoyed with family & friends. Staffs are well behaved. Plenty of parking are is available.
