We were at the restaurant for a kitty party today, 6th October 2023. No sanitizer was available. The AC was not working properly inspite of several requests. The food was sour, tasteless and seemed to be stale. Hot tea and coffee were served cold. Aftee the payments we wished to sit for 10-15 minutes. The staff was very rude and insulted us to leave immediately for they required to clean tables for the next kitty. It was very bad. If we are paying a bill over Rs5000, we were insulted. The bill was hand written. A kutcha bill. I will never ever reccomend Tushar Elegant to anyone. Worst ever experience.
We went only for dinner. Briyani is very yum. Chaap is ok ok. Paneer tandoori is good. Other gravy are also good except chapp. They maintain low level of spices hence very kids friendly.
marvelous------ preparation, taste, quantity, service, and ambiance are fabulous.
staff behavior is also very polite and up to the mark.
A very good and cost-effective place for small gatherings and family meet at lunch or dinner

Ventrally located , rooms are good and hotel staff and service is very good. You cannot organize small parties or get togethers and staff is friendly to meet your needs.
Food here is awesome and usually very good quality. There is a 10% chance that it won't taste as good as it usually does. Which is way better than other restaurants.
Guys, don't ever go to this place as it is probably one of the worst restaurants i've ever eaten at. I mean, they literally put turmeric in their gravy and their pasta tastes like poop. Just never go to this place it's just a waste of money and time. The food was pathetic alongside the service. Even the cutlery was dirty.
One word to describe this place is THU.
