Worst hotel ever ! Staff is illiterate and knows nothing about hospitality ! I stayed here after a recommendation but now i can share my original review:- 1)first the bedsheet and blankets were very dirty ! 2)They turn on and off your ac as per their wish ! 3) the washrooms stink ! 4) the glasses in the room were very dirty! 5) the most basic thing water wasnt complimentary like in any other good hotels n such. 6) the towel they offer is worse than a dirty rag ! 7) for a hotel claiming to be 4 star no pillows on bed and the mattress was cheap foam. 8) no wifi or minibar or a closet or a mini refrigerator 9) everything is dirty i.e everything that you can see ! 10) cockroach infestation ! 11) the managerial staff is rude ! Never recommending anyone to stay at this pathetic hotel. They call themselves 4 star with whose authority ?? Chawl vibes at its peak !
The Hotel is located in the heart of Damoh with a walkable distance from Damoh Railway Station. The rooms are quite clean but the rooms can be maintained in a better manner if taken good care by the mamagement.

Just Ok Rooms like normal hotel. Floor was not mopped. Blankets were too dusty, They provided another but they were same so couldn't use it. Staff were saying all the time that what can they do for this? Nothing like 4 star hotel as told by management.
When I search for hotel in Damoh then everybody suggested Hotel Captain to stay in. So I opt this and people was right, I amazed with service and hospitality. Thanks for your valuable support hotel management.
This hotel is just outside railway station and is one of best hotel in city. I have seen other hotels in the area with similar charges where cleanliness was prime concern. Food was too good for the price, didn't feel like I am taking outside food. St
I stayed for 2 days for business travel. The location very good as it is at a walkable distance from the Damoh Railway Station. The rooms were clean and the support and service of the staff was very good. Also the food at their restaurant downstairs
Wonderful experience....Best and cheap hotel . You cannot get cheapest and cleanest and comfortable room in whole India than this one. Staff is very cooperative. More than 5 stars . Very happy and satisfied with the service.
