Hotel Tulsi Inn - Bed & breakfast in Shegaon - Buldhana, India

Extreamly worst hotel... poor service & management.....worst hotel I have ever seen...don' recommend this hotel at any cost....the owner was very polite at the time of booking..but after booking it was all together very different scenario.

Poor Service, for double occupancy room they will give you only one towel and no soap, if you need, they change 10/- for soap or towel, but room change is like premium hotel

#Negative Review# Worst hotel we have stayed in.[Hotel Tulsi Inn] - The owner was very polite at the time of booking but after reaching at the hotel it was all together very different scenario. - The manager was very unprofessional and pretending like I don't care if you are staying or not. - Before booking the room, I was told that room will be sanitised.[But Surprise was waiting for us] The real scenario was: - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after wiping it off. It looked like it had been forgotten by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked the manager if we could have them changed he replied "We will change the bed-sheets and pillow covers after customer reached at hotel." The manager was so lazy and changed the pillow covers and bed-sheets in 1 hour.[It was prompt service.] - When we asked for sanitization, manager said we don't have spray to do sanitization. - After asking about hot water, manager said it is not available now. Then we asked for heater, he managed to get that from neighbour[After 10 mins of discussion]. But we were not aware that the hotel had only one bucket from where you can heat the water to use for bath.He asked to return the bucket. - Flush water knob was broken and washroom was so dirty. - While this mess we were constantly making contact to owner but he was not picking our call. - At the time of check out, we again called the owner and discussed about the promises he made while booking. But the owner's behaviour was very rude and two faced. He was saying, you have to pay the amount what was agreed while booking. But when we argued about the facilities then he was frustrated and saying don't pay any amount.[He does not know how to handle the situation] Finally we have paid remaining amount and left from the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for day time as well as for over night stay. If you want to book hotel [Obviously not this one] then please don't pay advance while booking. First check the hotel in-person and make decision.

Terrible. Kindly don't go here as the place is expensive and the staff and services are good for nothing. The bathrooms are as small as one dirty sq ft area. That's it. The person at the reception is only going to make you splurge unnecessarily and also plz be careful while ordering food. They might charge some extra money without your knowledge. Kindly rent out an auto for yourself and do not inform the hotel authorities- because the auto chauffeur will charge you a bomb. Please don't go with the name of the hotel. Sounds fancy but isn't.

The hotel lacks basic amenities like clean toilet, clean beds, drinking water, charging point etc. The location is near to the temple, however the surrounding area is not very good. The rooms were very dirty. The mattresses were not changed. The toilets are very dirty and unhygienic. The rooms are very very small. There is hardly any space to keep your luggage in the room. Not good for family stay.

The worst hotel i ever seen, pathetic service. Not recommended even for single person. The guy who is attending the reception is a worst guy dont have a sense to talk with customers Television is not working till will stay. Shower is just for show. Water supply is more worst than ever seen in anyother other. Money what we spend is worthless. Dont deserve a single star also.

Hotel tulsi is good in service, all maintain and trained staffs over all good experiences.
