I Experienced very bad behaviour from staff . I were with my family and they were very careless about what they actually what to do, even handling in room keys.... So please make sure that get rid of from here , search another better place...
Worst experience ever. Blaming the customers for their own mistakes. Even after finding them as guilty they were not ready to apologise. Such a poor customer service and irresponsibility.

Had the best of the experiences staying at triva. Most imp is the location,opp to medical College and very close to the main road so it's lively.Price was affordable too. Highly recommended this place to stay when at trivandrum even if the location might be far from where you want to go. Most imp part is room has proper ventilation

Didn't stay. The initial arrogant attitude of the counter staff itself was enough to get the hell out of that place. Moreover for the tariff u Get better places to stay around this property.. the worst part is the arrogance of the people there. Better all of u avod this place to stay. They asked me 1500 for an AC room. I got the best for 1500 at Treebo. Very pute and gentle staffs.. that too with breakfast..just ignore this Triva...
I have been to been to many places and many hotels, but I have never met people so honest, sincere, and hard working. The rooms are clean and fresh, and the staff here are professional as well as caring, all working according to the covid protocol. It has been a honour to meet them. Hope to see them soon. Kerala indeed is God's own country.
It's an apt hotel for those who want rooms nearby medical college or rcc, but it's an average hotel, the condition of rooms are dependable, our room key did not work properly and the latches of the toilet too. They didn't provide a bath towel.
