Being my first visit and an absolutely new town, I was very skeptical while booking this hotel. However, I was surprised to see the level of commitment with which the service was offered. The hotel is clean, spacious and in the centre of the city. Almost, all brands are lying on the same street. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is coming to Karnal. Indeed a memorable experience.

Worst stay of my life, untidy room, no parking space , no hospitality but so much expensive. Infrastructure worst, rooms are so small, stairs are so small. They don't have restaurant for food so they will bring food from somewhere else. Pathetic washrooms, rooms are so smelly. Never book this hotel.

Well behaved staff. Clean rooms. Good AC. Night kitchen is arranged from outside or you make your arrangements. Breakfast is provided. Need attention on maintenance like electric switches. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Room was spacious and the hotel is newly build..... we enjoyed the stay there......room service and hotel staff was very helpful..... the location of the hotel is in the main city centre....so you can enjoy the shopping deluxe room is provided with AC...smart TV....tea table....chair with laptop table for office work....and city view window.... there is common place consisting of refrigerator, small kitchen, seating area where you can chill if get bored in room..... overall i would recommend this hotel and give 5 out of 5

Very amazing and co operative staff. Nice and comfortable stay. Surjit Singh Manager at hotel is very polite and amazing person and deals with everyone very amazingly. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

I have stay there 3 times everything was very professional very good service, and thair staff Chandan and Surjeet was awesome guys he give me best service. Strongly recommended.
