Hotel Tripenta - Hotel in Palakkad, Malampuzha-II - Palakkad, India

The stay was a nightmare. Apart from it's location, there's nothing good about this hotel. The staff is extremely rude and has a money minting mentality. They have a lot of hidden charges plus the room's cost doesn't even justify the facilities. It's a very small room with very old interiors and small washroom. The bedsheets and chairs in the room are very visibly old. Moreover, if they let you checkin before hand they'll call you after 23 hours and ask you to vacate the hotel in an hour. This seemed very unprofessional. They could have informed this at the time of check in as well.

They seriously have to train chefs. We ordered a few starters and mains and we were very hungry but it took so long that we lost our appetite. The food was good though. The restaurant was very big but needed a complete makeover. They have high potential but have to start with the selection of right staff

This is one of the worst hotels. I have stayed in. The Wi-Fi never. The rooms are smelly. Plus they have this weird 24 hrs check out policy. I have stayed at almost 100+ hotels in last 6-7 years but never ever heard of this weird policy.if you checking at 3 am they will ask you to check out at 3 am quoting some weird check out policy which they will never inform about in advance. The staff is super rude. Worst experience

Little far from Mulambuzha Dam Own vehicle owners are ok or otherwise you have to walk for 15 minutes to reach Dam

Rooms are not near, stinking. Choose hotel due to close proximity to tourist spots. If you are a hygienic , you won't find it good. Price not worthy

Swimming Pool is clean and good. But no proper shower facility. May not recommend for the same reason, when you are paying 250rs for an hour of using the pool

Old property and room and bathroom are very small showers and flush are not working properly ac condition is very pathetic. Morning breakfast quality was not good.Not preferring for family. overall not worth for the price

This hotel is located closer to Malampuzha Rock garden. Rooms weren't worth according to the price paid! Ac in the room wasn't working and bedsheets weren't so clean.After informing the receptionist, they have changed our room and that was good compared to the previously allotted one. Complimentary breakfast was just average. Service was good.
