We celebrated our son's first birthday in Hotel Trinity, it was one of the best experience Following are the pros and cons we had Pros: Hospitality -: from the manager, how he recieves the customer, making them comfortable, extra additions what he provided on his own even without our request is very much appreciated Food quality -: Full five stars for this as we wanted to treat the guest with the best possible way all the dishes both veg and non veg tasted good and the only hotel out of all we explored which provided taster food before confirmation Service -: from afternoon the service people were there and they didn't hesitate even at one instance when we requested, constant cleaning, managing the crowd, increasing the seating area when ever required. Cons:- There is nothing as such, one point of improvement can be the approach road which can be made little better Thank you Team for the whole experience and keep this work going forward. It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
