Nice budget hotel. Rs1000 for double bed non ac room. Close to ranchi railway station. The behaviour of the staff is polite . The room & washrooms could be cleaner.

Budget hotel with very basic amenities and without a kitchen or functional restaurant. Rooms are of average size without furniture. No geysers, no running hot water, no WiFi or intercom. TV not working and toilets are dirty and dangerous for women, children and elderly people. No complimentary water or toiletries. Food has to be purchased personally from other hotels or eateries nearby. Not suitable for average families with kids and tourists.

Good hotel with affordable budget. Nice location, staffs are well co-operated. Food are good enough, even not too costly. Only issue which came to my mind that there is no intercoms in room. Tough to communicate in this manner.

Good at this price point. Clean room as well as washroom. Good Hospital, Cooperative staff. Afordable food. I have only complain washroom doesn't equipped with gyser which is only drawback at this hotel. Please provide gyser in everyroom.

Bad experience, no basic amenities like shampoo, liquid soap, slipper. Room not clean. Drinking water supply not optimum. Lock was defective in door. Leakage in bathroom cistern. Room and bathroom not clean. Waterlogged in bathroom after bathing. Will not recommend the hotel even if available in cheap.

Service need improvement. Room is big, spacious and clean also Booked Premium AC room with complimentary breakfast and dinner. After check in found AC not cooling and intercom not working. Told reception but instead of solving problems they tried to bye pass. Replied that will coll room after One hour. After repeated requests they checked and told that problem will be solved by evening. We returning back from Ranchi tour at evening we found that ac not repaired and they told us to shift one small window less shabby, dirty room but we refused to shift and for which we have to stay that room without ac. Although next day changes the room by one same category room. Location of the room is good. Nearer to rail station. Another thing is that as per terms and condition they accept 24 hours check in although they allowed us early check in but they dis not provide complimentary breakfast for that day although we told them we will check out before 6 am.

The hotel is good. and experience is also good. service is so good very nice. near from the bus stand, railway station. and all main feature at here I live in ranchi few years ago. so i want to see how is ranchi now this time. so i always come here. so very nice

Overall stay was good, except few shortcomings like: . AC was not cooling properly . For hot water U have to call the reception everytime and they will give u half a bucket of hot water . In house dining is also not that good. . the blades of the fan had some alignment issue due to which it too was not working properly. To compensate for the above issues, the staff of the hotel was really very cooperative. Moreover their room service is simply outstanding. It was like cheking in a new room every day on my 4 day trip. Have shared my feedback from the owner and look forward to visiting again soon.
